"Kenisha Daily is a communications strategist and consultant based in Fresno, California, specializing in brand storytelling and community-centered messaging. As Director of Communications, she develops cohesive strategies that align messaging, content, and audience engagement across platforms. She is the founder of All Things Fresno, a media and event platform that highlights local artists, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Through her work, she has led campaigns, produced live events, and built partnerships that elevate underrepresented voices and strengthen community connection. Ms. Daily approaches communications as both a strategic system and a creative tool to drive visibility, trust, and long-term impact."

With a degree in Accounting and a strong background in finance, program coordination, and business development, Neil combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to support the label’s growth, structure, and long-term success. Throughout his career, Neil has held impactful roles that strengthened his ability to manage operations, build systems, and lead with purpose—including serving as a Small Business Banker for a major national bank, an Intake Specialist supporting community reintegration, and a Coordinator for two leading health insurance organizations. These experiences sharpened his understanding of business processes, compliance, relationship management, and the importance of creating opportunities for others—skills that translate directly into artist development and label operations. At Valley Certified Records, Neil oversees the business foundation behind the music—helping streamline workflows, manage budgets, support contracts and partnerships, and ensure the label operates with professionalism and scalability. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life allows him to effectively communicate with artists, producers, managers, and industry professionals while keeping operations aligned with the label’s mission. Neil is passionate about personal growth, leadership, and building something meaningful in his hometown. Through his nonprofit efforts, Roger has played a direct role in reducing gun violence in Fresno, contributing to a reported 13% decrease by engaging youth in creative outlets and consistent mentorship. Roger also operates a studio program in partnership with Common, focused on somatic abolition practices and music production using Fruity Loops. Wade’s songwriting and collaborations span a wide range of artists, including Anthony Harrell of the group Brutha and Jared "JR" Harrell., as well as Grammy-winning songwriter 6 John, recognized for contributions to Empire Season 2 and extensive ghostwriting for major artists. He has also worked alongside West Coast names such as Roscoe and Kurupt, of the Dogg Pound movement and affiliates such as BaddAzz of the LBC scene. His production circle includes Cali Boi —formerly known as the rapper Dirty Rat—whose credits include work with major artists like Usher and Alicia Keys and many more. Wade has also gained invaluable industry perspective from respected producers such as Mark Sparks, J. Wells, and Press Play sharpening his ear for sound, structure, and showmanship.
